Coaching Social Media Policy
From Vine to Vision Coaching
Effective Date: 5/7/2025
At From Vine to Vision Coaching, we believe in authentic connection, encouragement, and digital integrity. This Social Media Policy outlines how we interact with current and potential clients, protect boundaries, and use social media as a tool to support growth and learning.
1. Purpose of Social Media
Our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) are intended for educational, inspirational, and promotional purposes. We may share content that includes coaching insights, faith-based encouragement, event information, digital offerings, and client testimonials (with permission).
2. Public Interactions & Boundaries
While we encourage you to follow, like, comment, or share our posts, we maintain professional boundaries on all platforms. Please keep in mind:
• Direct messaging is not an appropriate or secure channel for coaching inquiries or support. For questions about coaching services, please contact us through our website.
• We do not accept friend or follow requests from clients on personal accounts. Any interaction should be limited to our public, business pages only.
• Comments or questions that disclose personal information may be removed to protect privacy.
3. Coaching Relationships Online
Engagement with our content does not constitute a coaching relationship. A formal coaching agreement is required for professional services. We will not provide personalized advice via social media platforms.
4. Client Testimonials and Content
We may share client testimonials or success stories only with explicit written consent. All identifiable information is either omitted or anonymized, and no personal details will be published without permission.
5. Sharing Our Content
We encourage you to share our posts, but we kindly ask that you do not alter content or claim it as your own. Please credit @abideinthevinecollective or link back to our original content when reposting.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Although coaching is not bound by HIPAA regulations like therapy is, we still maintain high ethical standards around client confidentiality. Do not share personal coaching experiences in public comments unless you feel comfortable doing so.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our use of social media or coaching practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.
